Everything ships from our facility located at 53 Doggett Street, Newstead.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. From there, delivery times depend on your location, most metro orders land within 2–5 business days via Australia Post. You’ll get tracking the moment your order is on its way.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Pickup from our showroom in Newstead is free.
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, let us know within 14 days and we’ll make it right. For change-of-mind returns, items need to be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your cost, or if you’re local to Brisbane, you’re welcome to drop it back in person.
